Good Luck – Connacht Scor Na Nog
Best of luck to the Fenagh St Caillins set dancers who are competing in the Connacht Scor Finals at the weekend in Castlebar. The set dancers who will be competing are Louise Cafferty, Niamh Dwyer, Eabha Gill, Emma Gill, Mark Keegan, Eoin McLoughlin, Conor O’Rourke and David Wrynn. Also best of luck to their mentors Eileen Doonan and Tereasa Ellis who have trained the set dancers so well to bring them to the Connacht Finals
CPR Revalidation
CPR Revalidation will take place for everybody on Monday 30th January from 8pm to 10pm in Fenagh Visitors Centre. There will also be a further evening organised for Monday 6th February from 8pm to 10pm for persons who are unable to attend the first evening.
Fenagh Community Playgroup
Fenagh Community Playgroup still has a number of places available. We cater for children aged 2 years 10 months up to 5 years. We also provide places under the ECCE scheme. If your child is starting school in September 2012 and was born between 02/02/2007 and 30/06/2008, they are entitled to avail of the FREE preschool year. If you wish to enrol your child you can phone the Playgroup Leader Ceara on 086 3593244 or call into the playgroup.
Mass Time Changes
Due to holiday arrangements , masses for the next two weekends (22nd Jan and 29th Jan) will be as follows:-
Mass in Foxfield Sunday 11:30am
Please note there will be no Saturday evening mass in Foxfield and no Sunday mass in Gorvagh.
Handball Alley Open
The handball Alley has reopened after the construction of a viewing stand and new dressing rooms. Training for all will recommence from Monday 30th January.
Fenagh Community Alert
Fenagh Community Alert are currently setting up a text alert system to combat crime in the area. This system is in operation in other localities and is working successfully. There has been a very good response to date, however it is hoped that as many people as possible will join the text alert system.

Line Dancing Classes
Line dancing classes are back in Fenagh Visitor Centre starting Wednesday evening the 1st of February from 8.30pm to 9.30pm for 5 weeks with Sarah Mulligan from Mohill, if there is a high interest we will organise another 5 week session. Contact the Centre on 071 9645590 to book your name in for this fun fitness session. 5 week session costs €25.
Pilates
Eight week pilates classes will begin in Fenagh Visitor Centre on Monday mornings beginning the 16th of January from 10.00am to 11.00am. Anyone interested in joining the class may contact Elaine on 0863181003.
Fenagh Visitor Centre
The Fenagh Visitors Centre Open all year round- (WiFi Cafe, Kids Indoor Soft Play Area, and Heritage Centre) will be open from Monday 30th January 2012 to Friday 3rd February 2012 from 10am – 5:30 pm and on Saturday 4th February and Sunday 5th February 2012 from 12noon until 5:30pm.
