Looking out of you window at the scruffy grass and shrubs and wishing you knew what to do with the space?
Then sign up for the Vegetable Growing Classes in Fenagh Visitor Centre with Eamonn Smith, Ballinamore, where he will give you some ideas that will not only be for some exercise, but will help you produce something beautiful and edible.
The Classes will commence Wednesday the 3rd March 2010 for 6 continues weeks, from 8.00-9.30pm.

YOGA

Yoga Classes are back in Fenagh Visitor Centre from Thursday the 7th of January 2010. Beginners class and Advanced class will be from 8.30pm to 9.45pm.

Yoga is for everyone, irrespective of age, gender, belief system, cultural background or ability.

Yoga is helping people meet the challenge of modern life with greater equanimity, and improve health and well-being.

Do something good for yourself, give it a try!!!

Fenagh Active Age Group

Active Age

Fenagh Active Age Group is up and running and will take place every Tuesday evening at 8.00pm Sharp in the Fenagh Visitor Centre. Anyone else interested in joining the Active Age are welcome to attend on the night.

The committee welcomes all the new members who have joined weekly and would encourage over 55’s to come along on the night to games, guest speakers and outings that are being organised.
