Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round- (Heritage Centre, Indoor
Children’s Play Area, Dolmen Café, Hall rental/meeting space). It is
open Mon Nov 26th to Friday Nov 30th from 10am-5.30pm and Sat
& Sun Dec 1st and 2nd from 12 noon-5.30pm this week. Follow us
on Facebook ‘fenaghvisitorcentre’ . Free internet access (Wi-Fi) and
local newspapers available to all customers. Also visit our website at
www.fenagh.com which features lots of information on historical Fenagh,
upcoming classes and events, Monk’s Den playtime and birthday rates

Fenagh Down Through the Years – we are looking for any old photos/
documents/items depicting life in and around Fenagh down through the years
— if you or a relative/neighbour/friend have any of these items you would like
to donate, we would love to display them here in the Centre or take a copy
of your photo, so have a good rummage and see what you might find in the
bottom of a long forgotten drawer or cupboard!

Wednesdays – Hip Hop with Charlene Mulligan 5.15pm for u5’s, 6.15pm for
Over 5’s, Weight Loss 8pm
Thursdays – Parent & Toddler Group 10am-noon, Yoga with Malo Beginners
and Advanced classes 7pm + 8.30pm
Fridays – Parent & Toddler Group 10am-noon

Christmas Food Demonstration
Pauline Beadle from The Pampered Chef Company, will be doing a Christmas
food demonstration in Fenagh Visitor Centre on Friday Nov 30th at 7.30pm.
There will be several Christmas recipes made on the night and cookware
and kitchen gifts can be ordered through Pauline’s catalogue – check out
her website in advance http://www.pamperedchef.biz/pbeadle or call into the
centre to browse through her catalogue. This will be a fun, relaxed evening
to get everybody in the mood for Christmas, taste some delicious food and
get some handy tips and hints. Your place must be reserved in advance so
we know how many people to cater for. 5 euro per person. Please call 071

Fenagh Active Age
Fenagh Active Age Group will be holding a quiz night for members of
all Active Age Groups in the area on Tuesday Nov 27th in Fenagh
Visitor Centre at 8pm. Refreshments served. A fun night is promised.

Under 12’s win
Congratulations to Fenagh St Caillins Under 12’s who won the Shane
Brennan tournament which was hosted by Clonguish GAA Club on Saturday
last. This is the 4th year in which Fenagh St Caillins has won this tournament.
Well done to all involved.

In the Western Region Even Ages Cross Country Championships held
in Galway , Jack Gilheany (13th ), Riordain O Rourke (15th) and Nathan
O’Rourke (20th) helped Ballinamore u-15 team to a superb second place
in the team event . Well done to the other Fenagh Athletes who acquitted
themselves so well in their respective races. They were Ryan O’Rourke (14th)
in the u 17 event. Oisin McLoughlin (13th) in u-13 race. James Honeyman
(40th), Fergal McLoughlin (41st) and Daniel McLoughlin (55th) in the boys u-11
race. Ellie O’Rourke (20th) and Kate Gilheany (43rd) in the girls u 11 race.

Aerobic /Fitness Classes
Aerobic /fitness classes continue in Fenagh Community Centre on Monday
evenings 8-9pm sharp. All levels and abilities welcome.

Ceili Dancing in Gorvagh
Ceile dancing continues in Gorvagh Community Centre on Monday night 26th Nov from 8:30pm. All welcome for an enjoyable nights entertainment.

Sweet Spirit Gospel Choir
The Mohill based “ Sweet Spirit Gospel Choir” under the direction of Tish
Dunleavy will perform a range of well known gospel, country, folk, soul and
many more peices in the Dock Theatre, Carrick on Shannon on Saturday
night December 1st at 8:30pm sharp. You are guaranteed a memorable night
so come along and enjoy. Tickets can be booked online through the Dock
