Best of luck to Fenagh St Caillins Set dancers who will be competing in The Connacht Scor na Nog Finals on Saturday next, 26th January in Castlebar. Best of luck to the dancers:- Mark Keegan, Eoin McLoughlin, Conor O’Rourke, David Wrynn, Louise Cafferty, Niamh Dwyer, Eabha Gill and Emma Gill. Also best of luck to their mentors Eileen Doonan and Teresa Ellis.

Deepest Sympathy
Deepest sympathy is extended to Diego Ceroni and family, Drumany on the recent death of his father. May he rest in peace.

Senior Citizens Party
A great day was had by all at the Annual Senior Citizens Party which took place recently in Fenagh Community Centre. A total of 72 people attended the party and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves with great food music and dancing. Thanks to all the people who helped out and made the day such a great success. They were:- Betty Doonan, Mary Fitzpatrick, Aideen Reynolds, Ann Maguire, Orla McKeon, Grainne Heeran, Aoife Cafferty, Hannah Keegan, Teresa Lennon, Hilary McDermott, Fiona McLoughlin, Peter Kilkenny, Oliver Doonan, Patrick Curran, Sean O’Rourke. Thanks to Tommy and Fionnoula Smith from Clara Catering for providing a lovely meal for everyone on the day. Thanks to all the people who donated spot prizes for the raffle (Approx 50 spot prizes) and gave donations and who contributed to the Church Gate Collection. Thanks to Noel and Sinead Conefrey (Abbey Bar) who sponsored the keg of Guinness for the  party.

Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor  Children’s Play Area, Dolmen Café, Hall rental/meeting space). It is open Mon
Jan 28th to Friday Feb 1st from 10am-5.30pm and Sat & Sun Feb 2nd and 3rd from 12 noon-5.30pm. . Free internet access (Wi-Fi) and local newspapers  available to all customers. Also visit our website at www.fenagh.com which features lots of information on historical Fenagh, upcoming classes and events, Monk’s Den playtime and birthday rates and other facilities on offer. Fenagh Down Through the Yearswe are looking for any old photos/documents/items depicting life in and around Fenagh down through the years — if you or a relative/neighbour/friend have any of these items you would like to donate, we would love to display them here in the Centre or take a copy of your photo, so have a good rummage and see what you might find in the
bottom of a long forgotten drawer or cupboard!

Ceili Dancing – Gorvagh
Ceili Dancing in Gorvagh Community Centre on Monday 28th January starting at 8:30pm. All welcome for a great nights entertainment.
