Senior Citizens Party
Senior Citizens Party was held on Sunday last in the newly refurbished Community Centre. Over 80 senior citizens attended with it been a great success. More details next week.

Fenagh Events & Social Committee
Fenagh Events & Social Committee are busy planning the next Fenagh St.Patrick’s Day Parade and we, the Committee would like to hear from you -members of Fenagh Community. If you have any ideas, suggestions and/or would like to participate or volunteer in any way then please contact any of the committee memberslisted below or contact  086 051 2877 before January 31st 2013.Remember this is your Parade and we welcome all feedback and participants.The Committee members are Sean Reynolds, Angela McManus, Sinead & Noel Conefrey, Pat Ellis, Aidan Muldowney and Maureen McLoughlin.

Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area, Dolmen Café, Hall rental/meeting space). Opening hours this week: Mon-Fri Feb 3rd-7th 10am-5.30pm and Sat/Sun Feb 8/9th from 12-5.30pm . Free internet access (Wi-Fi), local newspapers and tourist information available to all visitors. Also visit our website at www.fenagh.com which features lots of information on historical Fenagh, upcoming classes and events, Monk’s Den playtime and birthday rates, and other facilities on offer. Saturday 10am – kids cookery club (must register in advance)

Art classes
Anybody interested in oil painting classes can call Centre at 9645590 to put your name down.

Balllinamore Musical Society
‘Things are looking up’ – This is the title of one of the songs from the Musical Society’s current production ‘Crazy for You’ which will be staged in Ballinamore Community Centre starting on February 22nd next. Now that the country is on the move again and ‘things are looking up’ we can look forward to a hugely entertaining show coming your way soon. More details next week…

Deepest Sympathy
Deepest sympathy is extended to the Lenhardt family ,Corraphort on the recent death of Veronika’s father Johann Badura, Germany. May he rest in peace.
