Progressive 25 – Fenagh Handball Club
Progressive 25 continues this Thursday night January 29th in Fenagh Community Centre at 8.00pm. €500 Jackpot with nightly prizes. Admission €8 with refreshments served. Winners of Week 1 were K.Doonan and S Tighe. Winners of week 2 were S Mulvey and P Mulligan. Proceeds in aid of Fenagh Handball Alley Construction Fund. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Senior Citizens Party
The Senior Citizens party was once again a great success with almost 70 people attending the party. Thanks to all who attended on the day helping to make it such a great success. Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area, Dolmen Café, Hall rental/meeting space). Mon to Friday 10.00-5.30pm and Sat/Sunday 12-5.30pm. Fenagh Parent & Toddler Group 10th Year Reunion
We are holding a celebration on Sunday February 8th from 2-4pm in Fenagh Community Centre to celebrate the great success of Fenagh Parent & Toddler Group which has been running since 2005. If you attended the group anytime throughout the ten years please feel free to come along on the day – lots of entertainment for the kids, facepainting, light refreshments and most importantly catchups! There will also be a gettogether for parents the previous evening (Feb 7th) in the Abbey Bar, Fenagh with a DJ, raffle and finger food starting at 9.30pm. St. Brigid’s Conference Ballinamore would like to thank each and everyone who contributed so generously to our annual Christmas Church gate collection. We thank the people of Corraleehan, Aughawillan, Drumreilly, Aughnasheelin, Fenagh and Ballinamore and all who helped out in whatever way. The total monies collected were 4858Euro. We thank the Principal and staff of Ballinamore Community School particularly Philomena Earley and Anne Marie Madden and the students who raised 300Euro. We are grateful to the teachers and students for their generous initiative Thank You. We thank the Staff of Supervalue and Tesco Ballinamore who collected and supplied SVDP with clothes, food, and toys. We also thank you for allowing us to have a collection outside your stores and again thanks to the public who gave a combined total 1030Euro. We wish Supervalue and Tesco continued success in 2015. We acknowledge the generosity of the Principal, teachers, students and their parents of Fenagh National School who raised and donated money, food and toys to the value of 600Euros. Thank you to all. We thank About Hygiene Ltd for their generous donation.Finally to the people who wish to remain anonymous who gave donations, hampers, clothes and household items for distribution we say thank you for your generosity. Fenagh Defibrillator Committee
Up-to-date leaflets with names and phone numbers of trained personnel in CPR and Defibrillation in your area are now available for collection in the Church Porch and Fenagh Visitors Centre. The areas are Fenagh National School Area, Fenagh Football Pitch Area, Foxfield Church Area, Drumharkin Area and Cornaborne Area. One available for each house and only take the leaflet relevant to your area. If you know somebody who is unable to collect this information leaflet we would be obliged if you can arrange to take it for them. It is important that all houses in the Parish have this information leaflet.

Please note the new opening hours at the Drumshanbo Citizens Information Service, with effect from January 5th, 2015: Mondays only from 9:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm. The Carrick-on-Shannon Citizens Information Service is open each day Monday to Friday, 9:30-12:30pm and 1:30-4:30pm and the Manorhamilton Centre is open on Mon, Wed & Fri from 10:30am – 2:30pm.
