 Progressive 25 Card Game
Progressive 25 Winter/Spring League commences this Thursday January 7th, in Fenagh Community Centre at 8.30. League prizes (Sponsored by Connefry’s Abbey Bar), Nightly prizes and Jackpots. Entry €8 with refreshments served. All new players welcome. Proceeds in aid of Fenagh Handball Club.

Wedding Bells
Congratulations to Oonagh Honeyman, Drumroosk South and Kieran O Rourke Carrick on Shannon who were married recently. Also congratulations to Brendan Flynn Selton and Deirdre Healy, Cloghan, Co Offaly who  were married recently.

Senior Citizens Party
The Annual Senior Citizens Party will take place on Sunday 17th January at 3pm in the  Community Centre.  All invites have gone out, anybody that has not received an invite please contact the Visitors Centre at 071 9645590. Anybody who wishes to donate a spot prize can do so by contacting the visitors centre. Anybody who wishes to help out on the day please contact the visitors centre. Music will be starting at around 5pm so anybody who wishes to call in for the music and dancing in the evening are very welcome for what is always a good evening’s entertainment.

Table Quiz – Christmas Activities
The Annual Table Quiz in aid of Christmas activities was a great success with 20 tables taking part. Congratulations to the Wrynn Family Drumharkin who claimed first place and also the Old Rectory Trophy sponsored by Pat and Julie Curran. Thanks to Oliver Doonan for doing such a great job as Quizmaster. Thanks to Noel and Sinead for the use of their premises and to all who sponsored prizes for the raffle.  Finally thanks to all who turned out in great numbers on the night to support the table quiz. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area, Dolmen Café, Hall rental/meeting space). Mon to Friday 10.00-5.30pm and Sat/Sunday 12-5.30pm.  Free internet access (Wi-Fi), local newspapers and tourist information available to all visitors. Follow us on Facebook ‘fenaghvisitorcentre’. Men’s Fun-Exercise Class in Drumreilly Community Centre on Wednesday nights from 8 – 9 pm. Suitable for all age groups. Exercise at your own pace, improve your fitness & have a bit of fun. Wear runners and bring a bottle of water
