Progressive 25 Card Game
Progressive 25 Autumn/Winter League continues this Thursday 13th Oct, in Fenagh Community Centre at 8.30pm. League prizes, Nightly prizes and Jackpots. Entry €8 with refreshments served. Last week’s winners were S McLoughlin 8 games, with 4 finishing on 6 games. All new players welcome. Proceeds in aid of Fenagh Handball Club.
Fenagh Tidy Towns
Many thanks to Majella and team at Quinns Bar Fenagh for organising the fundraiser for Fenagh Tidy Towns last Sunday. Thanks to all who attended and bought tickets. Danger Money – Seamus O Rourke play
Fenagh Community Centre was the venue for a capacity crowd to witness yet another wonderful play performed by Seamus O Rourke. Fenagh Development would like to thank all who supported on the night and all who helped out selling tickets for the raffle, getting refreshments ready etc. A big thanks to Eugene O Riordain who set up the place and cleared up afterwards. Also to Oliver Doonan who did his usual excellent job as MC for the night.
Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area, Dolmen Café, Hall rental/meeting space). Mon to Friday 10am-5.30pm and Sat/Sunday 12-5.30pm. Fitness Classes with Kieron

Pop-up Youth Café
Aimed at 11-15 year olds. Friday Oct 21st from 7-8.30pm in the Visitor Centre. Food, Music, Games –a space to hang out with your friends for a little while on a Friday evening….come along on the night and see what it’s all about! If enough interest this will be ran regularly.
Trick or Treat Fundraiser for Temple St Childrens Hospital
Friday October 28th at the Visitor Centre from 10am-4pm. Halloween party. Bring the kids in fancy dress. All monies raised goes to Temple St.

Fenagh Baby & Toddler Group
The group runs on Thursday and Friday mornings throughout the year from 10am-12pm at the Visitor Centre. This group is aimed at mums/dads/grandparents/minders who have children in their care from newborn stage to age 5. It provides a social outlet for both adults and children and is a great way to meet other parents in your area who are at the same stage as you. As well as the indoor play area, there is wide range of age appropriate toys available for the children. Tea/coffee/scones served for adults and juice/toast for children. Ample car parking and baby changing facilities available. Fee 6 euro per adult. All very welcome, no need to sign up, just come along any Thursday or Friday morning.

Health Day in Gorvagh Community Centre
Leitrim Development Company is holding a health information day and one to one health checks in Gorvagh Community Centre on Monday 17th October.from 9.30am to 2pm . The Health Day will include health checks, speakers on nutrition, the Sports Partnership and minding your mental health. Breifne Earley, Author of Pedal the Planet will speak at the event. Lunch will be provided afterwards and a range of information on health and other issues. This event is free and open to everyone in the community and we would encourage you to come along early, if you would like to avail of the one to one health checks. Loughlin Óg Burns Journey
A number of fundraising events have been organised to support the Loughlin Óg medical fund. Born with a rare serious medical condition Loughlin Óg will require costly extensive surgery over the next few years. As part of the campaign, Sean Clarke and Michéal Harte are undertaking a sponsored cycle from Mizen Head to Malin Head starting 15th Oct. Sponsorship cards are in all businesses in Mohill and surrounding areas.
