Launch of CD
The leader of our Parish Choir, Jane Cowley has recorded a CD of old and new hymns including 2 compositions of her own. The CD will be launched in St Mary’s church, Foxfield this Friday 3rd February at 7.45pm directly after 7pm mass. The choir will also be performing so please come out and show your support. Refreshments will be served in the community centre afterwards.

Juvenile Handball Player of the Year 2016
 Congratulations to Cormac Scollan who received the Juvenile Handball Player of the year 2016 award on Saturday night at the Leitrim GAA awards.

Progressive 25 Card Game
Progressive 25 Winter/Spring League continues this Thursday night February 2nd, in Fenagh Community Centre at 8.30pm. League prizes, Nightly prizes and Jackpots. Entry €8 with refreshments served. All new players welcome. Proceeds in aid of Fenagh Handball Club. Last week’s winner was Pat Joe Greenan  after a play off with 5 players finishing on 6 games each.

Fenagh Tidy Towns
Next meeting takes place Monday February 6th at 9pm in Fenagh Visitor Centre – new members welcome.

Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area, Dolmen Café, Hall rental/meeting space). Mon to Friday 10am-5.30pm and Sat/Sunday  12-5.30pm.  Free internet access (Wi-Fi), local newspapers and tourist information available to all visitors. Follow us on Face book ‘fenaghvisitorcentre’. Fitness Classes
Fitness with Julie every Monday night at 8pm. Pilates classes continue on Thursdays 7pm at the Visitor Centre (Tuesday class discontinued). All pay as you go.

Fenagh Baby & Toddler Group
Meets every Friday at the Visitor Centre 10am-12pm. Refreshments served.  Use of play area and other toys.  All welcome.

Fenagh Area Text Alert
Subscription of 5 euro now due.  Envelopes available in the Visitor Centre and local pubs.  All completed envelopes should be returned to Visitor Centre.

The Sliabh Iarainn Players
 The  Mohill based Sliabh an Iarainn Players, under the direction of Frank Cadam, will once again take to the stage in 2017 with more top class drama. We would like to invite anyone interested in being part of a successful drama group, or anyone interested in learning a craft, how to act, design sets, lighting, sound and everything else that goes into staging a successful production, to join us for the coming year. Drama helps build your confidence and gives you the chance to meet some great people. Our aim is to provide top class drama, combined with good camaraderie for everyone involved. Aughawillan Drama Troupe

Knitting Group

Fundraising Night in aid of Colm Costello’s recovery
Colm Costello 28 years old suffered a rare autoimmune neurological disorder in the summer of 2016 and has been unconscious in St Vincent’s ICU Dublin since August. The fundraising night will be held in the Commercial Hotel, Ballinamore on Saturday 4th February . Doors Open 9pm. Music and Auction on the night.
