Well done to all the Fenagh athletes who were competing at the Connacht Indoor Championships in Athlone recently. Well done to Sibeal Reynolds who won gold in the u19 60m and Long Jump and a silver in the 200m, to Ellie O Rourke who won gold in the u 15 800m and to Kyle McNabola who won bronze in the Senior 4 x 200m relay. Well done to all.

Ladies GAA Registration
Registration commences this weekend on Saturday evening following 7pm Mass and on Sunday morning following 11:30am mass in Fenagh.  Please note fees are slightly higher this year with full details provided at Registration.  This is due to increased fees introduced by the County Board.  As Fenagh Ladies will absorb some of these costs, our fundraising event (i.e. Fenagh Ladies Walk/Jog/Run) on Easter Monday is an important feature this year.  Should you have any questions, please contact any of the committee members, i.e. Shauna McLoughlin, Paidh Rowley, Allison Smith, Adelene McWeeney.

Fenagh Community Playgroup Table Quiz
Fenagh Community Playgroup are holding a Table Quiz on Friday 24th March at 9.30 p.m. in Quinn’s Lounge.  Tables of 4 €20.00.  Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Progressive 25 Card Game
Progressive 25 Winter/Spring League continues this Thursday night 9th March, in Fenagh Community Centre at 8.30pm. League prizes, Nightly prizes and Jackpots. Entry €8 with refreshments served. All new players welcome. Proceeds in aid of Fenagh Handball Club. Last week’s winners were L Masterson and D Healy 7games each

On Sunday night 9th April at 8.30pm ‘The Sliabh an Iarainn Players ‘  in association with  Castlefore Development Fenagh will stage their very successful play ‘Moll’  in the Community Centre in Fenagh. ‘Moll’ is regarded as John B. Keane’s most comical play and has given past  audiences a great nights entertainment with loads of laughs. It is a great testament to any production that some people came twice and three times to see it such was their enjoyment. The great reviews received and the demand from a large number of people convinced the group to stage it again. The very talented cast come from Leitrim, Cavan. Longford and Roscommon.Tish Dunleavy plays the title role ‘Moll’ and she brings her own very unique humour and comedy to the part. The other characters are all played by a very talented cast under the direction of Frank Cadam. A great nights entertainment is guaranteed and a very worthy cause will benefit from the night. Fenagh Community Playgroup
Fenagh Community Playgroup are looking for donations of toys/equipment.  Toys must be suitable for children aged from 2 years 9 months up to 4 years and they must be in good condition no broken, missing or damaged items please.  If you have any of the following toys/equipment that you wish to donate contact Ceara on 086 3593244 or call in to the Playgroup Monday – Friday 9.00 – 12.00. Lego, Trains and Wooden Train Tracks, Jigsaws, Dolls Cots, a Digital Camera, a Water Tray, Tricycles, Ride on Tractors, a Castle, Dress Up Costumes, Arts and Crafts Materials, Playdough and Chalk. 

1St Caillins NS Enrolment
Enrolment of Infants in St. Caillin’s N.S. for the 2017-2018 school year will begin Monday, February 13th.  Enrolment forms can be collected from the school office from 9.30am to 2.45pm or by contacting the school at 071-9645244. Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area, Dolmen Café, Hall rental/meeting space). Meets every Friday at the Visitor Centre 10am-12pm. Refreshments served.  Use of play area and other toys.  All welcome.

Clothes Collection
There will be a clothing recycling collection in St. Caillin’s N.S. on April 7th 2017. Please donate all your clean unwanted clothes, bed linen, towels, curtains, shoes, bags, belts and soft toys(no duvets or pillows please). Please drop off your bags during school hours or after school hours, any day before April 7th or drop off inside school wall. Every bag counts.

  ‘An Ordinary Man’ comes to Mohill
Beezneez Theatre Company returns to Mohill for a one off performance by Gerry Farrell of John McDwyer’s funny and moving An Ordinary Man. This production has played to sold out theatres all over Ireland and is currently on its fourth national tour. An Ordinary Man is the life story of a simple sawyer telling all the joys and sorrows of life with a bit of football and ballroom dancing thrown in, just for the craic. This unmissable night of pure theatre comes to The Canon Donohoe Hall, Mohill on Sunday April 9th at 8.30pm.  Booking is now open at 071 9631253. Tickets €15.

Swimming News
Ballinamore area swimming qualifer will take place on Saturday 11th March in Aura Leisure Centre ,Carrick on shannon .Pre registeration via text to Siobhan 0876674511.Entry fee 4 euro per child or 10 euro [if 3 or more children] payable at event.Competition starts at 7pm.The county finals will take place on Sunday 26th March in Aura Leisure Centre Carrick on shannon.  .More info at www.community games.ie.
