Fenagh Community Playgroup
Fenagh Community Playgroup have been selected by Tesco Ballinamore for the Tesco Community Fund starting on Monday 7th August and running for eight weeks.  If you shop in Tesco Ballinamore could you please put the blue tokens in the tube allocated to Fenagh Community Playgroup.  Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Fenagh Gaelic for Mothers and Others to make history!
Fenagh Gaelic for Mothers and Others are about to make history as they have been selected to play at half time in the Ladies All-Ireland Final on Sunday 24th of September. This is the very first time a team from Fenagh will play on the hallowed ground of Croke Park. This is a unique and a wonderful opportunity for the team members and Mentors alike. If you would like to join us on the day and be part of the excitement please contact Christina 087 6158809 for tickets (we will also be running a bus if you require transport). This is a fantastic opportunity for the team, but also for our parish and your support would be grateful appreciated.

Fenagh Gaelic for Mothers & Others
Fenagh G4M&O training continues Thursday evenings at 7.30pm in Park Séan, St Caillin’s GAA pitch Fenagh. Any Ladies who would like to join us for an hour of fun and fitness is more than welcome!!!!! No football skills needed. So if you are over 18yrs and currently not registered as a player why not come along and see if it is something that you might enjoy! Plenty of laughs guaranteed!!

St. Caillin’s N.S. Clothes Collection
Next clothes collection date is Monday 10th October so if you have any old clothes, shoes, bedding, etc, please drop bags down to the school by Monday 10th October.  You can drop the bags over the wall of the school anytime. Every bag counts. Thank you for your continued support.

Harvest Thanksgiving Service
The Harvest Thanksgiving Service will take place in St Catherine’s Church on Sunday 17th September at 7:30pm. Everyone welcome.

Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area, Dolmen Café, Hall rental/meeting space). Opening hours: Mon-Fri 10am-5.30pm and Sat & Sun  12-5.30pmFree internet access (Wi-Fi), local newspapers and tourist information available to all visitors. Yoga with Denise
Resumes Thursday September 7th at 7pm in the Visitor Centre.  Block of 6 classes is 60 euro to be paid on first night.  Tel 9645590 to book your place.

Fenagh Baby & Toddler Group
Friday mornings 10am-12pm. Refreshments served.  Use of play area and other toys.  All welcome. 

Fenagh Tidy Towns
The horsecart which forms part of the floral display in the village needs to be either replaced or significantly repaired for next year. If anybody has a cart or cart parts (eg wheel etc ) they would be willing to donate to Tidy Towns please give the Committee a call on 9645590.  Thanks for your continued support

Jiving Classes for Kids
Saturday mornings starting in November at Fenagh Community Centre – classes will go ahead if enough interest, if you have a child who would like to attend call 9645590 to register your interest.

Knitting Group
Knitting Group will resume on Tuesday, 5 September 2017, at 11.00am in Ballinamore Library. Come along and join the group with your knitting needles or crochet hooks!  All are welcome.

Draughts Club
Draughts Club continue on Tuesday evenings, in Ballinamore Library,  from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Bring along your own board if you have one. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Piano Centre Ballinamore

At Solas Gallery, Main Street, Ballinamore (opposite the library and above the flower shop) is “Untitled, A conversation in time” – a solo show by local Ballinamore multimedia artist Brendan Dean.  The opening is at 7.30pm Friday 1st September (all welcome) and the exhibition runs until Saturday 23rdSeptember 0719644210   www.solasart.ie  Tue-Sat 10am-6pm

The Kilmore Diocesan Pilgrimage to Fatima
Departs on Thursday 14 September next.  Anyone who would like petitions/donations brought to the shrine are invited to send them to The Fatima Pilgrimage Office, Kilmore Diocesan Pastoral Centre, Cullies, Cavan before Wednesday 13 September 2017, please.
