Fenagh Gaelic for Mothers Charity Collection
Fenagh Gaelic for Mothers and Others are holding a clothes collection in aid of “Féileacáin”. “Féileacáin” is a wonderful Irish charity who provide much-needed support for families affected by the death of a baby during or after pregnancy. All clothes, paired shoes and handbags accepted as long as they are clean and dry. No duvets or bedding accepted. So get cleaning in aid of a great cause. Collection dates are Saturday 22nd September from 6.00-8.00pm and Sunday 23rd September 11.00am – 12.30pm at Fenagh Community Centre. If you cannot make it to the community centre, collection can be arranged. Please contact Mella (0872364252)or any member of the G4M&O team for more details.

Progressive 25 Card Game
Progressive 25 commences next Thursday night September 20th in Fenagh Community Centre, starting at 8.30. The Autumn/Winter league starts on Thursday week September 27th. League prizes, Nightly prizes and Jackpots. Entry €8 with refreshments served. All new players welcome. Proceeds in aid of Fenagh Handball Club

Fenagh Tidy Towns
We are looking for an old horse rake or mowing machine as a refurbishment project for over the Winter months – if you have one sitting gathering dust and would consider donating it to us give us a call on 9645590.

Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area, Dolmen Café, Hall rental/meeting space). Opening hours: Mon-Fri 10am-5.30pm and Sat & Sun 12-5.30pm (last admission to playarea for one hour play is 4.30pm). Free internet access (Wi-Fi), local newspapers and tourist information available to all visitors. Follow us on Face book ‘fenaghvisitorcentre’. Kids Birthday Parties

Fitness Classes
Fitness with Julie continues every Monday at 8pm.  Yoga with Deniese resumes this Thursday September 13th at 7pm.  Venue for both is Visitor Centre, suitable for all fitness levels.

Adult volunteers are urgently needed.  Cub & Scout sections will close down unless we get new leaders.  Full training given.  There are lots of benefits to volunteering.  Start your new adventure here.  Everyone has something to offer, whether you’re outdoorsy or artistic or have great organisational skills.  We need you.  People from all walks of life, age, ability are welcome.  We are based in the Scout Den in Ballinamore and meet 1 hour per week.  Please call Amanda 086-8274199

Cross Border Job Fair
“Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection, along with the EURES Cross-Border Partnership, will host a cross-border Job Fair in the Slieve Russell Hotel, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan on Thursday, 20 September, from 10am to 1pm. The event was launched by Terry Hyland, Leitrim GAA Senior Football team manager and Mickey Graham, Cavan GAA Senior Football team manager. There will be over 190 job vacancies across 15 employers – including manufacturing, construction, engineering, hospitality, sales, homecare and the food industry – on offer in cross-border areas of Cavan, Leitrim, Fermanagh and Monaghan, as well as throughout Europe.  Employers taking part in the Job Fair include Quinn Building Products, Quinn Packaging, the Slieve Russell Hotel, Crust and Crumb, ABP Food Group, Donnolly Group, and SCL Sales”.
