The Autumn/Winter League continues this Thursday night November 1st in Fenagh Community Centre, starting at 8.30..League prizes, Nightly prizes and Jackpots. Entry €8 with refreshments served. All new players welcome. Proceeds in aid of Fenagh Handball Club. Last week’s winners were Sean McLoughlin and Martin Quinn 6 games each. Jackpot is now 7 games.

Deepest sympathy is extended to the family and friends of John James Winters, Derreen who died recently – may he Rest in Peace.

Fenagh DARA Group
Heartsaver AED/CPR  Training will commence shortly for anyone interested in learning life saving skills and becoming part of Fenagh Dara Group.  Please contact Fenagh Visitor Centre 071 9645590 and leave your contact details.

Give blood at Ballinamore Community Centre 
The Blood Transfusion mobile unit team will return again to the Community Centre in Ballinamore this Wednesday 31st Oct 2018. The times are from 3.00pm – 5.00pm and 7.00pm – 9.30pm.  “1 in 4 people will need a blood transfusion at some point in their lives, however, only 3% of the population give blood.  Every new donor, every new donation saves lives.” ​Thanks to everyone who attended the last clinic.  See you on Wednesday 31st Oct and please encourage someone to come with you. 

Halloween Dance
There will be a Halloween Social Dance on Halloween night Wednesday Oct 31st from 9-11pm at Fenagh Community Centre.  Supper will be served.  Music by DJ The Witch.  Entry 7 euro

Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area & Birthday Party Venue, Coffeeshop/WiFi, Hall rental/meeting space). Opening hours: Mon-Fri 10am-5.30pm and Sat & Sun 12-5.30pm.  For further information call (071) 9645590.

Fitness Classes
Fitness with Julie continues every Monday at 8pm.  Yoga with Deniese continues every Thursday at 7pm (no class Nov 1st) .  Venue for both is Visitor Centre, suitable for all fitness levels.

Leitrim Astronomy Club
The November meeting of Leitrim Astronomy Club will take place in Ballinamore Library on Tuesday 6th November at 6.45pm. Rob O’Sullivan from CIT Blackrock Castle Observatory will deliver an online Skype Talk on Ireland’s rich Astronomical heritage and our exciting future in new space. Admission is free. All welcome. Light refreshments served

An Overview of Arthritis
Helen Reynolds, who is a Nurse specialist attached to the Rheumatology Department of Manorhamilton hospital will deliver a talk “An Overview of Arthritis” in Ballinamore Library on Thursday 8th November 6.30pm – 8.30pm. This free event is part of Healthy Ireland at your library programme with all welcome.
