Sympathy

Holy Communion in Fenagh

Progressive 25 Card Game
This season’s Progressive 25 card game finished up last Thursday night with the Jackpot going to Vincent O’Rourke who won 8 games on the night. Joint second were Tommy Mulligan and Niall Scollan with 6 games each. Fenagh Handball Club would like to thank all the card players who supported us over the season  and hope to see you all back again in September.

Fenagh Community Playgroup
Fenagh Community Playgroup are enrolling for September 2019.  If your child was born between 1st January 2015 to 31st December 2016 they are entitled to avail of  the FREE pre-school year.  If you want to enrol your child contact Ceara on 0863593244 or call in to the playgroup Monday – Friday from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm.

Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area & Birthday Party Venue, Coffeeshop/WiFi, Hall rental/meeting space). Opening hours: Mon-Fri 10am-5.30pm Sat & Sun 12-5.30pm.  For further information call (071) 9645590. 

Baby & Toddler Group
Continues every Friday from 10am-12pm at the Centre.  All welcome. Also there will be a Parent & Toddler Networking Event in Fenagh Community Centre on Friday 24th May from 10.30am-12pm. On the day, their will be music expression for the children with a emphasis on movement through songs and refreshments for adults. Darkness into Light
Will take place this Friday May 11 at 4.15am in aid of Pieta House from Ballinamore Community School. Walk with us as we remember the reason we are doing this – to let people know there is always Light In Darkness and Hope in Despair.

Padre Pio Healing Mass
You are warmly invited by our Parish Pastoral Council and community to join with us for our annual Padre Pio Healing Mass in Saint Patrick’s Church, Ballinamore on Thursday May 30 at 7.00pm.The Celebrant will be Celebrant: Br. Bryan Shortall, Capuchin Priest from Dublin and Manager of Irish Centre for Padre Pio, Pastor to St. Michan’s Church & Parish Dublin and Author of “Tired of all the bad news”. There will be Capuchin Friars present with Relics of St. Pio for individual blessings after the Mass.Many healings have been attributed to the intercession of Saint Pio and large crowds always attend the healing Masses dedicated to his life.Everyone Welcome.

Events in Ballinamore Library
Gallant Sons – Touring Exhibition from the National Library of Ireland. The exhibition explores the Irish experience of World War 1, at home and at the front. The exhibition has been designed to be of interest to second-level students as well as fifth & sixth class. Supplementary materials are available for download at www.nli.ie/gallantsons_site/The exhibition is available to 24 May and is part of The Versailles Programme, a series of community events taking place in Leitrim leading up to the centenary of the Treaty of Versailles on 28 June 2019.
