Takes place in Fenagh on Sunday July 14th .
A collection for upkeep of the graveyards will take place on the day.
Pride of Place 2019
Fenagh has been selected as entrant in the Pride of Place 2019 Competition. The purpose of the competition is to acknowledge the work being done every day by local community groups to enhance and sustain their area. Judging takes place Monday July 15th from 2-5pm starting at the Visitor Centre – all are welcome to come along, there will be a presentation on Fenagh, questions and answers session with judges, a tour of Fenagh and environs followed by refreshments and music. & Toddler Group – Big Toddle for Barnardos
To mark the last Baby & Toddler Group
before Summer we are hosting a Big Toddle for Barnardos June 28th 10am-12pm-
sponsorship cards are available at the Centre or you can make a donation on the
day – Barnardos is a fantastic organisation helping deliver vital services to
Irish children needing help such as food, healthcare, education etc ..Hope you
can join us on the day! A special Summer deal for the group will continue to
run over the Summer on Fridays 10-12pm Adult 3 euro Child 2 euro
Kid Arts and Crafts Morning in July
A morning session will run every Thursday on July 4, 11, 18 and 25 at the Visitor Centre from 10.30am-12.30pm. 5 euro per child (4-9 yrs). Younger children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Booking essential. Tel 9645590 for more info

LAUNCH IN BALLINAMORE LIBRARY
Councillor Enda McGloin, Cathaoirleach of Leitrim County
Council, will launch a new book “Leitrim Echoes of the Great War” by
Padraig Griffin in Ballinamore Library on Monday evening next, July 1 at 8
00.p.m. The book, supported by Leitrim County Council under the Decade of
Centenaries Programme, outlines the main happenings of the 1914- 1919 period
during which well over three hundred men with Leitrim connections died on the
battlefield of Europe. The vast majority of those casualties with relevant
details are listed in the book. The launch programme includes an illustrated
presentation relating to that time and is open to all who wish to attend.
Mohill Basketball Club
Will be running a Kid’s Summer Camp in Mohill in the Sports Complex from July 8-July 12. Lots of fun games, activities, basketball and much more! Junior Camp (6-10 year olds) 10.00-1.00 pm.
