Fenagh Community Playgroup
Fenagh Community Playgroup are having an emergency parents information evening on Wednesday 16 October at 8.00 p.m. in the pre-school room.  It is very important that as many people as possible attend especially parents of children using the service.  As the existing management committee are stepping down it is necessary to form a new committee in order for the service to remain open.

Progressive 25 Card Game
Progressive 25 continues this Thursday night October 3 in Fenagh Visitor Centre, starting at 8.30. League prizes, Nightly prizes and Jackpots. Entry €8 with refreshments served. All new players welcome. Proceeds in aid of Fenagh Handball Club. Please note change of venue for this season. Last week’s winner was Tommy Mulligan after a 6 way play-off, with 6 players finishing on 6 games each.

South Leitrim Community Health Forum
Are hosting an evening of Mindfulness and Wellbeing in Ballinamore Community Hospital on Tuesday 8 October at 7.30pm for World Mental Health Week. Free event. All welcome.

Seamus O’Rourke’s new play An Ogeous Brose takes place October 25 at 8.30pm in the Community Centre.  Tickets now available at the Visitor Centre 15 euro each or can be pre-booked by calling 9645590 – a great night’s entertainment guaranteed

Baby & Toddler Group
Continues Fridays 10am-12pm– new members always welcome.  Baby changing and bottle warming facilities available. 

Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area & Birthday Party Venue, Coffeeshop/WiFi, Hall rental/meeting space). Opening hours: Mon-Fri 10-5.30pm Sat & Sun 12-5.30pm.  For further information call (071) 9645590. 

Win a Birthday Party Package
The Visitor Centre is currently running a Competition to win a party package for 10 children – all you have to do is pop into the Centre and guess how many balls are in our ballpit.  Winner will be announced October 7.  You can also collect a Loyalty Card while here – for every ten plays you get one free!

Fenagh Community Centre

Mohill Come Dancing Club continue their dance evening in Fenagh Community Centre this Thursday October 3 with dancing from 9.30pm – music by the Liam Mannering Band

Darkness into Light
Ballinamore Community School were delighted to present a cheque for €11,695 to Gerard Tiernan from Pieta House. Thanks to all who took part or contributed in any way. Next year’s walk will be May 9. 

Set dancing classes
Set dancing classes commence in the Welcome Inn, Cornageeha on Tuesday October 1 at 9pm. Beginners welcome.
