Fenagh St Patricks Day ParadeThis year’s Parade has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

Progressive 25 Card Game.
Progressive 25 continues this Thursday night March 12 in Fenagh Visitor Centre, starting at 8.30. League prizes, Nightly prizes and Jackpots. Entry €8 with refreshments served. All new players welcome. Proceeds in aid of Fenagh Handball Club. The Jackpot was won last Thursday night by Tommy Flynn, Lorcan Masterson and Johnny McCaffrey, all with 7 games each.

Fenagh Visitor Centre
Fenagh Visitor Centre is open all year round – (Heritage Centre, Indoor Children’s Play Area & Birthday Party Venue, Coffeeshop/WiFi, Hall rental/meeting space). Opening hours: Mon-Fri 10-5.30pm Sat Sun 12-5.30pm.  For further information call (071) 9645590.

Easter Basket Workshop
Weave your own Easter Basket on Sat 4 April in Leitrim Village. A relaxed morning workshop from 10am to 1.30pm where you will use willow to weave your own Easter Basket. Ideal to brighten up your home this Easter. All materials, including Easter Egg supplied. Total Cost €50. A deposit of €20 is required to secure place. Ballinamore Musical Society Presents 9 to 5 – The Musical!
Rehearsals are in full swing in preparation for Dolly Parton’s ‘9 to 5 The Musical’ which is planned for our revamped Hall at the end of the month. The cast and crew are busy preparing for this hilarious production which promises to be a fantastic show. So pencil the dates in your diary – March 27, 28, 29 and April 1, 3 & 4. Ballinamore Library ‘Item of the Month’
The Ballinamore Library March ‘item of the month’ isthe book ‘A Learner’s Guide to Irish’. This book is just one of a large selection of books in the Irish language available for loan from the adult and children’s library in Ballinamore. Why not call in and see it for yourself? Opening hours are Tuesday 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm; Saturday 10am to 2pm.
