Fenagh Visitor Centre
The Indoor Playarea at the Centre has reopened – playtime and party slots must be pre-booked and adults attending to show proof of vaccination.  Hours for now are Tues- Sat 10am-5pm.  Covid protocols throughout with reduced capacity for the moment.  Also available Coffeeshop/Wifi/History & Heritage/Meeting Space. Fenagh Development are recruiting a Full-Time Supervisor for an initial one year contract –  ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated individual who can provide excellent administrative and customer service for Fenagh Development Company.  Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends. 25 Card Game
The card game continues this Thursday night in the Community Centre at 8.30PM with nightly prizes, jackpot and league prizes. New players welcome. Proceeds in aid of Fenagh Handball Club. Last week’s winners were Gerry Murray 6 games and Jim Holohan 5 games after a 5 way playoff.

Fenagh Active Age
The group are back to weekly meetings with a new focus on enjoyment and sociability. Our first meeting was on 21 September when the group put forward ideas for future events and activities. Ideas included a quiz night, exercise classes, bookclub, art classes, a daytrip, and line dancing. From now on we will be meeting up on Mondays from 3 – 4.30pm in Fenagh Visitor Centre and would welcome any over 55s in the area to come along and join us. To join just drop in to the Centre for the meetings or if you would like to have a chat about what to expect you can call Margaret on 0872349005 or Sean on 0872319628.

Baby & Toddler Group
If you are interested in getting involved in restarting Fenagh Baby & Toddler Group please call 071 9645590 and leave your details – the group normally ran on Friday mornings 10-12pm pre-Covid and was a great way to meet other parents over a scone and cuppa while the babies and toddlers socialised.

Clothes recycling collection
There will be a clothes recycling collection in St. Caillin’s N.S. on October 29. Please donate all your clean unwanted clothes, bed linen, towels, curtains, shoes, bags, belts and soft toys (no duvets or pillows please). Please drop off your bags during school hours or after school hours, any day before
October 29 or drop off inside the school wall any time. Every bag counts

Leitrim Volunteer Awards Event, Friday 5 November 2021
Leitrim Volunteer Centre works with volunteers and non-profit organisations, aiming to promote the value of volunteering to organisations and individuals and to increase the range and quality of volunteering across County Leitrim. We match volunteers to suitable roles with non-profit organisations and offer support to organisations with all aspects of involving volunteers. Leitrim Volunteer Centre wish to recognise, value and show its utmost gratitude to the many people who volunteer and have volunteered in our county. Recognition will also be given to those who went well beyond the call of duty during Covid 19.  The event will take place on: Friday 5th November 2021 between 12:00pm – 14:00pm at Drumsna Community Resource Centre, Quay Street, Drumsna, Co. Leitrim N41 D9P9.
